Sightron has been going from strength to strength and for 2013, offering a Front Focal Plane scope (FFP). In one of the most popular and useable formats, the SIII6-24X50 FFP can be offered in either the super popular LRMOA reticle or a Picket Fence style MRAD reticle (MH).
These side focus scopes offer amazing glass that competes with scopes costing 2 to 3 times as much. 3omm scope tubes with 80mins of elevation and windage adjustment
Precise and repeatable tracking letting you adjust for various distances and windage. Proven in competition including the 2013 World Championships, the Sightron scope adjustments work for many top F class shooters. These FFP scopes come with the larger exposed Tactical Turrets for easy adjustment in the field. Clicks are also precise making it easy to work in the dark.
The scaling of the reticle, even at full mag, doesn’t block out small targets at LR which is a common problem with some FFP scopes. It is more bold then the same mag SFP scope but still very useable. Optics stay sharp and clear through the entire mag range.
The side focus is one of the best in the industry allowing shooters to dial for a clear target image but also to dial back to see mirage at intermediate distances. The adjustment has been made to be stiff to function but keeps from being knocked or moved during shooting. Works very well.
